  5.     This evaluation copy of MAXLIB For PB (the "software") is not
  6.     public domain software.  It is copyrighted by Brian McLaughlin
  7.     (the "author").  Both the software and the accompanying
  8.     documentation are protected by United States copyright law and
  9.     by international treaty provisions.

  11.     The author grants you limited license to use the software for
  12.     evaluation purposes only for a period not to exceed thirty days.
  13.     If you continue to use the software after the thirty day
  14.     evaluation period you must make a registration payment to the
  15.     author.

  17.     You may not distribute executable files that incorporate the
  18.     software.  A license which permits such use of the software is
  19.     available only by making a registration payment to the author.

  21.     You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,

  23.     provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use of the
  24.     software will result in immediate and automatic termination of

  33.     LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  36.     Through this license Brian McLaughlin (the "author") grants you
  37.     limited permission to distribute MAXLIB For PB (the "software"),
  38.     provided you meet all of the qualifications and requirements
  39.     expressed in this license.

  41.     This limited distribution license applies only to evaluation
  42.     copies of the software.  Distribution of registered copies of
  43.     the software is prohibited.

  45.     The files which make up the software are a package and they must
  46.     be distributed together.  You must not alter or modify the
  47.     contents of the software in any way.  Doing so will result in
  48.     the immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  50.     If you charge a fee for the service of distributing the
  51.     software, you must ensure that every customer who pays for your
  52.     service is aware that the fee charged for your service does not
  53.     apply toward registration of the software, and that registration
